Warranty and returns

THULE guarantees that luggage systems, boxes and accessories manufactured by THULE will be free from defects materials or workmanship up to 5 years from the date of purchase of the product.

The warranty period is indicated in the description of each goods on our website.

Checking the completeness and absence of defects in the product is carried out upon delivery goods to the buyer. The completeness of the product is determined by the description of the product or the manual for its operation.


Exchange and return of goods within the first 14 days after purchase.
In accordance with the "Consumer Protection Law", the buyers of our store have the right to exchange or return an item purchased from us within the first 14 days of purchase.

Please pay attention - exchange or return is subject only to a new product that has not been used and has no signs of use: scratches, chips, abrasions

And should also be saved:

  • Complete set of goods.
  • Integrity and all components of the packaging.
  • Labels.
  • Factory marking.
  • Sales receipt.
  • Terminal check (in case of payment through the terminal).

Warranty does not apply to defects beyond THULE's control, including defects caused by incorrect use, overload or improper assembly, installation or use of a roof rack or accessory (s) that do not comply with the recommendations in THULE's written instructions.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents or defects resulting from the result of a vehicle mismatch.

All consequential and incidental damages are excluded under this warranty. Damage to the user's car, cargo or any other person or property is excluded.

The warranty for the purchased product is not limited to the above provisions and is governed by consumer protection law.

If the product is defective, the exchange or return of the product is made only if there is a conclusion from the service center authorized by the manufacturer that the operating conditions are not violated.

Exchange or return of goods is made at the place of purchase during business hours. To receive a refund, the consumer must have passport. Refunds are possible on the day the goods are returned or, in the absence of money in the cashier, for a maximum of 7 days.
